Black, White, and Vague

As much fun as I've had with my Canon t1i, I think it's time for me to step up my camera game.
Looking through a pallet at this beautifully tucked frontside air.
"Oh, you fancy huh?"
Black, white, and vague.
Erk flying through a frontside smith.
Haven't been here a lot through the rainy season, but it feels so good to skate the ramp again.
Floating above the coping, T-Rex guides this frontside ollie down with some crazy footing.

Provident Competition

Big thanks to Blaq Lab Productions for hosting the event, and to Tyler Smythe for putting together a sick montage of it all.

Mandatory Stalefish

Been traveling out here quite a bit lately, thanks to Gilbert.
 T-Rex casually decking a Rock n' Roll.
B/s smithing across the quarter and into the sunset, while Gilbert is being a ninja in the background.
 These fools..
Rinchen catching a 360 at the Provident competition last weekend. I entered, so this was the only picture I really snapped, and it's terribly out of focus(my bad).

T-Rex sends a Stalefish a sailin', first try.
Shralping the sun away.
DIY warm-ups with Richards steeze.
Ruben warming up the rail with a boardslide.
This rail has the worst downhill runway, but Ruben doesn't mind. He managed to put in some work on this baby.
Chopped up an old pool ladder, and T-Rex went straight to work with a f/s Tuck-knee.
Bang, Bang!
Chest-high frontside stalefishes are just mandatory, in his book.

Decembertage

Enjoy!

In The Meantime..

We've spent some time in this hole lately, but nobody's slashed the deepend yet.
Eric Sanchez Indy Slashing over the light.
T-Rex feeling the coping out.
Back at the park, Sanchez picks his nose to disaster.

Sanchez was even kind enough to shoot this Sweeper photo of myself.

Captain Early Grab!
Miller Flipping the light away.
Bright and early the next day, T-Rex learned Andrect Reverts.
This kids needs a sponsor already!

New Year, New Friends, New Tricks

Cayucos for New Years is always such a treat.
Fresh out the car, Mute Grab Layback 5-0.
Lein Tail.
Nothing beats nights on the beach with these niggas.
Homeboy has them hammerz.
Cole the Contortion Specialist b/s Tail.
Skating with new people is always fun, especially when they're all super steezy.
T-Rex catching some hang-time.
First time meeting this dude, too. Cristian was slaying the ramp all day.
Beaner to Fakie.
T-Rex looks so twacked out on this bail. METH KILLS
I hardly recognized Brandon with short hair, but his style never lies. Saran-Wrap Blunt Fakie
Taylor No-Comply Tailsliding for the first time.
First photo of 2013 coming in with a "boom".
Boomer has the most manly Miller Flip, ever.

T-Rex likes to tweak his toes.
Justin is a little shithead, but he's a cool dude and he's progressing so fast.
New Year, New Tricks.
Cole Garret - Nosebone
Cole is a ripper, and quite the photographer himself. I'm privileged to shoot this photo of him doing a hefty frontside air into the 8' footer. This photo doesn't even do it justice.
Overall, it was a rad couple of days in Paradise. Can't wait to come back!

Cream

Besides the fact that my laptop committed suicide, December was one hell of a good month. I apologize for lack of posts last month, but I got a new laptop and things are about to get creamy. Here's some random stuff from December.

Texas-Plant T-Rex.
Distortion check, 1, 2.

Stopped by Delano to look at this gem. We'll be back baby..
Amurrica!
Blunts on lock. I honestly cannot remember this guys name though.

Such a beautiful spot.
Delbert escapes the rain and catches a pop-shove it.
Wheelbite after wheelbite, T-Rex rode this Kickflip away.
